Distribution of Educational Kits among Children having Intellectual Disability in Unakoti District of Tripura

Abhoy Mission, in collaboration with the National institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID), Govt. of India, and District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC), North Tripura, arranged Distribution of Educational Kits within selected Children having Intellectual Disability in Unakoti District . The program was arranged in the DDRC Building. Sri Haresh Pal Choudhury, Nodal Officer, DDRC, North Tripura was present in the program. Smt. Mousumi Bhowmik, Lecturer in special Education, R C New Delhi, NIEPID, Sri R C Nitnaware, Lecturer in Physiotherapy & Head of the Department, NIEPID, Secunderabad, Shaik Yaseen sharif, I/C Director & Asstt. Professor, Clinical Psychology, NIEPID CRC Devangere, Mithun Roy, Secretary, Dakshin Assam, Saksham, Sri Shyamal Deb, Prsident, Abhoy Mission were present in the distribution program. Selected Children having Intellectual Disabilities from all over the Unakoti District participated in the program.
